Mark also wanted to focus on using the platform for a good cause – raising funds for various charities.
To date, over $1 million has been donated to philanthropies like Stand Up To Cancer.

Ready Go Ventures made all product- and business-related seed-investment into the Markiplier brand. Our team also continues to manages all of the Markiplier.com’s daily “chief” (CEO, COO, CMO, CFO), administrative and operational roles – to keep the business running efficiently and profitably. Telling Mark’s Story
Through Design & Product
Prior to launching Mark’s new e-store and products, he wanted to convey a fresh look and feel for his brand through the design of a new logo.
Our team collaborated with Mark to design a more “modern”, sleek and elevated logo that we would integrate into the new e-store and the product labels.

Mark’s product offering has comprised a mix of novelty, custom and stock products. In some cases, the more disconnected and whimsical the product, the better (à la… a pet rock). This sense of unpredictability is part of Markiplier’s brand DNA, and what his fans have come to love and expect.

In fact, in 2018, we published the Markiplier “Tasteful Nude” calendar to commemorate Mark’s 20 millionth YouTube subscriber. The sale of this calendar generated over $600,000 for charity in just 48 hours.

WEB DESIGN & OPERATION
Simplicity. Authenticity.
We deployed Mark’s e-store in 2017. Mark wanted to ensure that the website felt straight-forward, authentic and anti commercial. We developed imagery and merchandised the e-store to mirror Mark’s low-key and unpredictable personality – from whimsical, hand-illustrated milieus to graphically-enhanced surrealistic dioramas.
Simplicity, authenticity and whimsy are the focus.

We use this information to gain deeper insights into Markiplier’s customer behavior and visitor-to-sales conversion rates – ultimately serving as a reference guide for design direction, growth recommendations and increasing Markiplier’s overall ROI.

Our crack logistics team – armed with our network of warehouses – oversees and manages all of Jacksepticeye’s customer service-, logistics- and fulfillment-related needs.
Our back-end e-commerce platform integrates with our warehouse inventory management software – which is particularly important with a brand like PMA, as we ship regularly to over 42 countries.
Our customer service team fields customer emails 24/7, addressing all sorts of needs – from issues navigating the e-store to tracking shipments to issuing refunds, returns and exchanges.
